Warner Bros clearly has no idea how to get a Justice League movie onto screens, and this is the second time they have shown it by abandoning all the work that’s been done on the project. At least this time though, they’re only shit-canning the script and starting over. Maybe.
According to Badass Digest, the script has been dropped for being, simply, “terrible.”
The site’s sources are split on the fallout of this decision; some say this is the death knell for the film, while others believe the studio will refuse to give up and “lose the superhero arms race.”
Will Justice League ever see the light of day? We may need to wait until Man of Steel hits theatres in June to find out. Either way, I doubt it’ll be in 2015 as promised.
