I was already planning to buy Lego Dimensions, the upcoming collectible figure video game from everyone’s favorite building toy. Allowing characters from so many different properties to interact with each other in customizable play environments is just the perfect distillation of what it was like as a kid playing with toys on the floor. Combine that with the quirky, cheeky tone of the Lego video games and you’ve got something truly special.
And now with the latest trailer for the game, they’ve done something I never knew I always wanted.
